Forest Lodge, part of New Forest Collection, has announced the relaunch of its 1820 Pizza and Brasseries restaurant under a new name.
Led by Forest Lodge head chef, Antimo Barca and inspired by the New Forest location, the 1820 Grill and Brasseries has been rebranded to 1820 Pizza and Grill.
The menu will change quarterly to reflect the season’s changing palette. It will include marinated skewers, prime hand-cut steaks, farmed in Hampshire and stone baked pizzas, crafted with the season’s very best toppings.
Barca said: “We are incredibly excited to launch our new Pizza & Grill menu and look forward to welcoming guests from our hotel and Lyndhurst village to enjoy our handmade doughs, seasonal skewers and locally- sourced ingredients. We hope to welcome many from the high street to enjoy our reimagined menus, refreshing the village’s food offering for all.”
Forest Lodge, a townhouse hotel, is found in the lively market town of Lyndhurst, just a short walk from its boutique shops and cafes, and includes Georgian architecture and urban-style interiors.
New Forest Collection consists of four unique hotels, including Bartley Lodge, Burley Manor,
Beaulieu Inn and Forest Lodge along with their British pub and restaurant, The Drift.
