Heckfield Place Hotel in Hampshire has opened a new wellness hub called The Bothy by Wildsmith.
The new 17,000 square foot space is situated beyond a secret door of the hotel’s original walled garden and offers guests healing treatments “to nurture mental, physical and spiritual regeneration”.
It features six treatment rooms, the 18 metre x 6 metre Waters, outdoor hydrotherapies and The Oak terrace which includes a sauna, steam room and a temperature-and-mood-shifting experiential shower.
The Bothy also includes three movement spaces and the Sun Room – an indoor and outdoor space serving a plant-based menu curated by culinary director and Michelin-starred chef Skye Gyngell.
It said the treatment menu includes massages, facials, meditation and movement as well as time spent with the master practitioners who specialise in naturopathy, osteopathy, reiki, bodywork and more.
Each treatment journey by Wildsmith Skin is ‘intrinsically linked’ to the estate and led by one of Heckfield Place’s master practitioners or resident therapists.
Heckfield Place said that The Bothy’s treatment menu “has been designed to “empower therapists to connect with each guest and align treatments to their body, emotions and needs”.
