Colman’s of Aysgarth, a boutique bed and breakfast, camping and caravan park in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, has been brought to market for an undisclosed amount. 

According to property adviser Christie and Co, the property presents a “unique opportunity to acquire a quality lifestyle business” in the heart of the Dales.

The current owners, Matt and Clare Colman, have refurbished the site since acquiring it in 2016, transforming it into one of the highest rated hospitality and leisure businesses in the region, with a 9.9 Booking.com rating and a five-star rating on Tripadvisor

As a result, the business has been recognised with several awards, including ‘Best Certificated Site’, ‘Warmest Club Welcome and Family Friendly Site in 2019’ and ‘Warmest Club Welcome 2022’ by the Camping and Caravanning Club.
