The Rose and Crown Inn, a Grade II-listed venue in the Cotswolds, has been brought to market for offers of around £450k on behalf of the owners as the business is currently not trading.
Serving the local population of Nympsfield since the mid-1800s, the Rose and Crown has a bar area which seats 36 and two working fireplaces, alongside stone walls and period features.
There are also three modern en-suite letting bedrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The inn also comes with a large two-bedroom owner’s flat.
The venue also houses a 40-cover restaurant, with the former back bar being used as an overflow when needed.
It also benefits from a “considerable” amount of space outside, including a courtyard that can hold 30 people, as well as a garden at the front for 22 people.
In addition, there is a large car park across the road from the inn.
