Wyboston Lakes Resort has launched a new meeting and events space; outdoors beside a lake.
Wybotson said Sandpiper Bay, which has seating for up to 200 people, is designed for meetings, team building events or simply socialising with colleagues in a “comfortable, relaxed atmosphere’.
Situated just outside the Lakeview Suite of the resort’s Waterfront Hotel, it features covered outdoor seating and five beach huts for meetings.
For those who enjoy team collaboration and competition, there are plenty of fun games for a mini-Olympics including Darts, Cornhole, Beer Pong, Connect Four and Giant Jenga.
The resort revealed there is also an extensive selection of outside catering options available including an ice cream cart and a Volkswagen Camper serving station to add to the “summer festival style”.
Steve Jones, MD of Wyboston Lakes Resort, said: “We wanted to create something different, something memorable and fun, something good for mental health that would suit the tastes and needs of the newer generations of delegates. So, we’ve made the most of our unusual landscape and spacious environment in developing this.
