KSL Capital, the owner of The Pig Hotels, is reportedly in the running to purchase Center Parcs, according to Sky News.
KSL is set to table a bid of £4bn alongside the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund the Government Investment Corporation (GIC).
The move comes after reports from the Times earlier this month stated that a number of bidders were withdrawing from the process.
It is believed that a number of parties including private equity firm Blackstone, who sold the business to current owners Brookfield, have dropped out.
Brookfield are seeking to offload the business for nearly double the £2.4bn it paid for it in 2015.
Hotel Owner has approached KSL Capital for comment.
