The Exclusive Collection has announced the appointment of Stephanie Hall to the board of directors.

In her new role, Hall will join six fellow company directors overseeing the management, strategy and governance of the organisation.

Additionally, Derek Bock and Andy Cartwright have also been appointed to the leadership team.

The hotel group is currently investing in numerous properties across the country including Ansty Hall, one of the properties acquired in 2022, is being refurbished in accordance with B Corp standards.

It will also develop eight new lakeside lodges at South Lodge set to open in 2024.

Lastly, it also plans to replace its kitchen equipment reliant on fossil fuels with convection and lower power source hobs and ovens.

Danny Pecorelli, MD of the Exclusive Collection, said: “Steph is a fantastic addition to the board of directors as she brings ideas and a fresh vision to what our guests seek from a stay or day out with us.

“Her commercial understanding is second to none and her leadership skills have enabled a creative, client focused sales and marketing team who adapt and who foresee emerging demands from our spa members and MICE and leisure guests. She joins the board at an important time for the business as we continue to adapt, innovate and anticipate a new generation of visitors to the hotels.”
