The former Lindum and Carlton hotels in Lytham St Annes are set to reopen as a 99 key hotel called Offshore in 2024 following a refurbishment.

The revamp will see the full refurbishment of all bedrooms, with Silverstone Building Consultancy as the project manager for the programme.

Extensively remodelling and refurbishing the venue, the multi-million pound venture will also include a restaurant with 250 covers and a large outdoor seating terrace.

So far, the façade of the buildings have been stripped and re-rendered and have been completely re-roofed and with new windows installed.

Louise Stewart, property director at The Inn Collection Group said: “This major investment is creating a vibrant new facility for the community and visitors to enjoy, which will also contribute to the wider economy of Lytham St Annes. We are rejuvenating the site whilst still retaining its character to deliver a relaxed, welcoming beachside venue.”

Recruitment is now beginning for the new-look venue with applications open for the position of Offshore’s general manager.
