The Lawton and Lauriston Court Hotel in Llandudno has been sold off of a guide asking price of £2m to regional multiple hotel operator Four Saints Hotels who own and operate a number of other hotels in North Wales.
The Lawton & Lauriston Court Hotel is situated in a prominent location close to the pier, overlooking Llanduno Bay. The Victorian seafront hotel was formed from three terraced properties which were amalgamated to create a 35-bedroom character hotel.
The purchaser and Director of Four Saints Hotels, Dr Shoukry Rozek said, “ Four Saints Hotels are proud to add the impressive Lawton and Lauriston Court Hotel to its portfolio. This elegant, top-end establishment will offer unforgettable experiences to our guests. We offer our heartfelt thanks to all the involved parties for their dedication and collaboration in making acquisition happen. Together with the team at the hotel, we are setting new heights for Four Saints Hotels and looking forward to the future.”
Martin Davis, Partner and hotel specialist of Graham + Sibbald, who handled the sale, said: “It was a pleasure working with the sellers, buyers and their advisors to conclude another successful hotel transaction. We are sure that Dr Shoukry Rozek and his team from Four Saints Hotels will be delighted with their latest acquisition and we wish them all the best with their latest venture.
“We would also like to thank Mike Cox of Stewart Hindley and Co, Vernon Oliver of Gamlin’s Solicitors and Sonio Singh of Davis Blank Furness Solicitors for all of their help and assistance with the transaction.”
