Hotel and diner concept Mollie’s has announced the appointment of Stephanie Freeman as general manager of its Oxfordshire site.
With over 10 years’ experience in hospitality, Freeman’s career highlights include positions at renowned establishments such as Elite Hotels, IHG and Hilton, before joining the Mollie’s Bristol team in 2021.
Starting as floor manager, Freeman swiftly ascended to diner manager at Mollie’s Bristol.
Freeman was recently awarded the Inspirational Leader of the Year at the 2023 HR in
Hospitality awards.
Freeman said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Mollie’s Oxfordshire team during an incredibly exciting time for the brand. With its recognisable and distinctive identity, Mollie’s is already well-loved by guests across both its Bristol and Oxfordshire sites, so I’m thrilled to be part of a team that consistently goes above and beyond for guests. I can’t wait to get stuck in, bringing innovative and creative ideas to elevate the Oxfordshire hotel one step further, ensuring guest satisfaction at every point.”
