Harbour Hotel Southampton is the Harbour Hotel group’s flagship property set on a small and exclusive private marina
Harbour Hotel Southampton has announced the appointment of Paul Bayliss MBE as its new general manager.
Bayliss brings over three decades of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality throughout the UK to Harbour Hotels.
He was the regional general manager at Hotel Brooklyn, where he became a Master Innholder in 2022, and won Greater Manchester Business Person of the Year.
Previous to this, he held roles at Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, Carden Park Hotel – Cheshire’s Country Estate, The Midland Hotel, and De Vere Hotels.
Mike Warren, CEO of Harbour Hotels, said: “Paul is an accomplished hotelier with significant experience in the UK resort and lifestyle hotel sector and we are delighted to welcome him to Harbour Hotels.
