Graham and Sibbald’s hotel and leisure division has brought to market Friars Wynd Hotel in Stirling, Scotland, for offers of £50k for the ingoing premium and £45k for the rent per annum.
Friars Wynd Hotel, which is a fully-renovated Victorian townhouse located at 17 Friars Street in Stirling, is made up of 10 bedrooms and a “roaring” food and beverage business.
Located on a prominent plot at the foot of the castle hill, moments away from Stirling Castle, the hotel offers the right tenant “a great opportunity to run a hotel full of character”.
