Aimbridge Hospitality closed 2023 with a robust performance, showcasing growth through management changes, ownership transitions, receiverships, and new builds across the US, EMEA, and LATAM regions. Renovations and construction projects were significant, with properties like Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman and Autograph Collection Caruçao breaking ground. Aimbridge also managed the Millennium Hotel Minneapolis through a major project and rebranded a portion of its LATAM portfolio to international flags like Sheraton and Holiday Inn. In 2024, Aimbridge will operate the Rugby Football Union’s Twickenham Stadium Hotel, transitioning to a Radisson RED property.

Hartham Park, a Wiltshire estate used for serviced office accommodation, has been sold for an undisclosed amount. The Grade II Listed property spans 20.08 hectares, featuring a mansion house, coach house, stables, and modern office buildings. A private investor acquired the estate, intending to continue the serviced office business. The sale was handled by Christie and Co and joint agent Strutt and Parker, securing the future of Hartham Park.

The Goring, a luxury hotel in Belgravia London, is set to reopen The Dining Room after a major refurbishment led by Russell Sage Studio. The multimillion-pound redesign aims for an opulent aesthetic honouring the hotel’s history. A new state-of-the-art kitchen, including a chef’s table, will be installed for an exclusive guest experience. The Goring, owned and run by the family that built it, holds a Royal Warrant of appointment to HM The Queen for Hospitality Services.

Leeds Castle in Kent has unveiled four new luxury Lakeside Lodges designed by Koto. Each lodge is named after an influential figure, featuring sculptural forms, private decks, outdoor bathtubs, and star-gazing roof lights. Sustainability is a priority, with lodges built using UK-grown timber and home-grown charred larch for a carbon-neutral space. Leeds Castle’s commitment to sustainability extends to biodiversity and landscape strategies, providing a unique and luxurious stay immersed in nature.
