B&B Hotels partners with Arora Group for its first UK hotel

Global law firm Dentons advised Arora Group on its long-term lease agreement for Arora Park Hotel to B&B Hotels

B&B Hotels, the European budget hotel chain, has agreed a long-term lease for Arora Park Hotel, which was originally built for British Airways crew before being converted to a hotel for the general public.

The news comes after B&B Hotels announced plans to break into the UK market in late 2022, setting a target to open 100 hotels by 2035. Since being acquired by Goldman Sachs in 2019, the company has been on the expansion trail.

Global law firm Dentons advised Arora Group on its long-term lease agreement for Arora Park Hotel to B&B Hotels.

Sanjay Arora, chief operating officer and head of property at Arora Group, said: “The building, facilities and its proximity to Heathrow airport, lends itself as an ideal economy hotel and we are confident that B&B Hotels will do a fantastic job in repositioning the property as one of the best value for money accommodation offerings in Heathrow.”
