Art’otel, a contemporary lifestyle hotel brand under the Radisson umbrella, has recently unveiled its latest addition, the art’otel London Hoxton. With artist D*Face as the centrepiece of its concept, the hotel boasts 357 art-inspired guest rooms and suites, including a stunning D*Face masterpiece suite. Belmount Hall, a Grade II-listed Georgian house turned luxury B&B and events venue in the Lake District, has changed hands. The property, boasting picturesque views and a rich history, was previously tenanted by Chris and Gillian Addison, who extensively renovated the premises, including the creation of the West Barn Rooms for events. With its ties to children’s author Beatrix Potter and its scenic location, the property garnered significant interest during its sale.
