Alongside this, there will be a number of communal spaces including a café and deli and a bar and restaurant.

Furthermore, guests will have access to a 19-metre pool, influenced by 1920s Miami style, a children’s pool and refurbed gym.

On top of this, the brand has partnered with UK Padel to bring a five court padel club to the site.

Ben Harper, SeaSpace CEO, said: “SeaSpace will be stepping into new territory, moving away from the conventional hotel and self-catering accommodation models to put freedom and community first – without compromising on quality. We’re enjoying breathing new life into the space, and look forward to creating a place where everyone feels like they belong.”
