La Bottega Group, a luxury amenities company, has revealed that Three Hills has acquired a stake in the company from The Equity Club who initially invested in La Bottega in May 2019.

As a result La Bottega has secured a €115m (£98m) investment from Three Hills through a combination of preferred capital and equity.

Additionally, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, already an investor in the Three Hills platform, has joined as a co-investor.

La Bottega Group has established itself as a provider of luxury amenities for the upscale hospitality market, operating brands such as Dyptique, Etro, Culti, and Santa Maria Novella.

It has a diverse portfolio of approximately 10,000 clients, including renowned establishments like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental.

Mauro Moretti, founder and CEO at Three Hills, said: “Three Hills has always focused on Italian entrepreneurs capable of building unique businesses globally and who are looking for an international platform like ours to continue to grow.
