Your Place, an independent collection of UK properties offering boutique accommodation, has recently appointed Peter Stevens as group general manager and Gabe von der Heyde as business development manager.

Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Stevens will oversee the day-to-day operations of all three boutique properties within the Your Place collection and steer the team as they embark on an ambitious next chapter.

Formerly general manager of Soho’s 5 star boutique hotel Hazlitt’s, Stevens has also held senior positions prior at The Grosvenor Arms in Shaftesbury and The Bath Arms in Longleat.

Joining at a time of development, his role is complemented by the appointment of von der Heyde, who’s heading up business development with a particular focus on revenue management, sustainability and project managing the new Chinnery House development.

Your Place is a new collection of boutique UK properties, launched in spring 2023, which includes Victorian House in the Lake District, the brand new Chinnery House which opened in May 2024, and the flagship property Georgian House Hotel, in London’s Pimlico.

Your Place founder, Serena von der Heyde, said: “Peter and Your Place are a perfect fit and we’re thrilled to welcome a professional of his calibre and experience, especially during such an exciting time of development.

“Likewise, as a family-run business I’m delighted to welcome Gabe who brings a dynamic new skillset to our team. Together I know they’ll drive forward an exciting next chapter, whilst also continuing to champion exceptional service and high operational standards across the collection.”
