Hafan Artro, a guest house situated in Llanbedr within the Snowdonia National Park, has been put on the market for an undisclosed sum.
The boutique-style guest house features seven double bedrooms, a bar and dining room with capacity for 76 people. In addition, it offers an outdoor area with capacity for 84 customers.
Also included in the sale is a two-bedroom owners chalet and office space.
The guest house presents a “loyal” customer base which makes it an opportunity for prospective owners. Hafan Artro was put on the market following the current owners’ plan to retire.
Grace Day, business agent at Christie and Co which is handling the sale, said: “This is an exceptional opportunity to take over a guest house in the renowned Snowdonia National Park. The property is immaculate throughout and boasts some of the most impressive owner’s accommodation I’ve ever seen.”
