Seaham Hall has announced the launch of 19 exclusive new residences, comprising one and two bed coastal lodges, set for completion in Spring 2025.
Seaham Hall Residences present four types of coastal lodges with guide prices ranging from £425,000 – £750,000.
The gross development value of the 19 new lodges amounts to £10.75m, boosting revenue potential for the development.
The new residences have been designed by the architect firm, Gaunt Francis Architects, former designers of luxury lakeside estate in the Cotswolds, The Lake By Yoo, among others.
The Seaglass development is a 1,600 square foot property with an open-plan living area, in addition to a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Beachfront development spans 1,500 square feet and boasts an open-plan design vaulted ceilings and fully glazed Crittall glass doors with two bedrooms and bathrooms.
Ross Grieve, managing director of Seaham Hall, said:”We are thrilled to introduce Seaham Hall Residences, where 5-star living meets coastal charm – one of the most luxurious residences available in the UK – an unparalleled blend of luxury and location.
“Our residences provide 365 days of luxury, allowing owners to enjoy Seaham Hall’s world-class amenities year-round. Whether it’s a home for the workweek or a weekend getaway, our flexible living options cater to every lifestyle, especially for those commuting within a 2 hour drive time.”
Jack Hurley, commercial director of Seaham Hall, added: “When acquiring one of the Residences, buyers have the freedom to personalise its use: keep it exclusively for themselves and their family, rent it out all year-round, or a combination of personal use and subletting. Those who choose to let their coastal property can strategically rent it during low, medium, or high-demand periods—such as summer, school breaks, and public holidays—to optimise returns.”
“Investing in our residences means more than just purchasing property; it’s about embracing a complete luxury lifestyle. With seamless integration of hotel luxuries, including full membership and access to all facilities, our owners experience the best of both worlds.”
