The Manor House, located within the historic Castle Combe in Wiltshire, has announced that its fine dining restaurant Bybrook has been awarded 4 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence.
Bybrook is a fine dining restaurant serving a choice of inventive menus designed by executive chef, Robert Potter.
Prior to being awarded four AA Rosettes, the restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2017.
The AA Rosette award, first awarded in 1956, was the first nationwide scheme for assessing the quality of food served by restaurants and hotels.
The Manor House is one of seven properties in the Exclusive Collection portfolio.
The hotel offers a choice of 50 rooms, suites, and cottages. Alongside Bybrook, the property also features a 12th Century pub, The Castle Inn. Additionally, it offers an 18-hole, par-72 parkland golf course.
Potter, executive chef at Bybrook, said: “It’s an incredible honour to receive four AA Rosettes. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of the entire team, and our commitment to creating dishes that celebrate the very best of our local ingredients. We’re constantly pushing boundaries and refining our menus to offer a truly unique dining experience, and this award is a wonderful validation of our efforts.”
