London Euston hotel The Wesley has unveiled a new restaurant, bar and gym following a major refurbishment.
The new bar and kitchen/restaurant features “new” and “fresh” interior designs and the walls are adorned with artwork from illustrator, motion artist and designer, Alice and the Ink.
Open seven days a week for both its hotel guests and walk-in visitors, the eco-friendly kitchen and restaurant serves locally-sourced dishes across its casual dining and two course dining menus, as well as a variety of breakfast options for guests catering to all dietary and religious requirements.
Meanwhile, the bar offers specially crafted coffee and hot drinks, natural juices, beer and ales, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
The Wesley Euston has also just launched its latest autumn menu curated by head chef Sergio Martino, featuring starters such as Crispy Chicken Lollipops, Aracini Norma and Soup of the Day; mains include the Wesley Beef Burger, Wesley Chicken Burger, Wesley Falafel Burger, Fish and Chips, Sirloin Steak, Spaghetti Bolognese, Penne Arrabiata and Roasted Salmon.
Guests can end their meal with a selection of desserts including a Chocolate Brownie, Red Velvet Cake, Waffle with ice cream, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Tropical Fruit Salad.
Additionally, as part of the newly added features and renovations, The Wesley Euston has also opened a dedicated Fitness Centre with “state-of-the-art” gym equipment including resistance machines, treadmills, bicycles, cross trainers, ski-machines and weights.
The new gym is open to hotel guests 24 hours a day and as part of the hotel group’s ongoing commitment to promoting health and wellbeing among its staff, all employees also have 24/7 access to the new gym area.
Wesley currently operates two hotels in London. The Wesley Euston, a 100-room hotel featuring The Wesley Bar, meeting rooms and spaces as well as a new gym and The Wesley Camden, a 38-room boutique hotel within the Camden Methodist Church building which opened in December 2022 following a £9m conversion of its chapel on Plender Street which dates back to 1824.
James Barr, general manager at The Wesley, said, “We’re always looking for ways to improve and to enhance our offering to surprise and delight our guests so these newly developed areas at The Wesley Euston are a great addition.
“The bar and restaurant and our new gym are already proving to be extremely popular amongst guests and our team and the redesigned spaces truly reflect the combination of sophistication and comfort that The Wesley promises.”
