Mortons House Hotel in Dorset sold for £2.45m

Mortons House Hotel in Dorset has been sold to domestic owner operators off a guide price of £2.45m.

The 21-en-suite bedroom Grade II listed hotel is located in the village of Corfe Castle, just over 14 miles from Poole. The property is home to a two AA-Rosette restaurant with 60 covers and additional bar and lounge areas. Located near the Corfe Castle train station and the A351 the property benefits from road and rail links.

James Greenslade from the hotels team at Savills, said: “We are pleased to have secured a new owner for Mortons House Hotel. Its excellent reputation and location in the picturesque village of Corfe Castle makes it popular with visitors and we are delighted to have secured the next chapter for the hotel.”
