GRESB data is used by hundreds of capital providers and thousands of asset managers to benchmark investments across portfolios
CitizenM has achieved a 5-star rating in the 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, the highest rating available and achieved by only 20% of entrants. Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, “providing clarity and insights to financial markets on complex sustainability topics”.
