Elite Hotels has announced it has retained its Investors in People (IPP) accreditation for the 21st successive year.
It said the accreditation is a “testament to the hotel group’s commitment to maintaining and prioritising its policy of greater innovation, productivity, and performance”.
Elite Hotels, a privately-owned collection of three hotels across the South of England, including Tylney Hall in Hampshire, Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club, in East Sussex and The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne, acknowledges that the beautiful environment of each hotel contributes towards the positive mental health of its staff, who also enjoy the use of welfare facilities including catering, gym and leisure discounts.
Investors in People base its accreditation on three key overarching principles of ‘Leading, Supporting and Improving’.
The framework provides a structure to help understand the effectiveness of how companies lead, manage and develop their people, and how this can be sustained and enhanced to achieve goals and move forward.
Elite Hotels has already made steps to enhance the variety of Leadership Training options available and update its Reward and Recognition programme, as a result of specific feedback from Investors in People.
Group HR Manager, Annie Graziano, said: “I couldn’t be prouder of our fabulous team, who make our hotels such special places to work and to visit. As well as giving us a pat on the back, the Investors in People Standard provides us with a framework for continuous improvement. We are always looking for ways to attract and retain the best people to contribute to the overall experience at each of our properties.”
