RSM: UK hotels end year on high, but cost pressures set to worsen
Hotel payroll costs (per available room) also increased from £44.59 to £47.57 in December year-on-year, and from £59.07 to £63.52 in London
Occupancy and room rates of UK hotels were up year-on-year in December, but profits remained flat as cost pressures started to bite, according to the RSM Hotels Tracker.
