IDILIQ Hotels and Resorts has announced two new charity partners to elevate its extraordinary Kind Holidays initiative that offers free holiday accommodation to those in need, Dreams and Wishes and Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
IDILIQ will donate 12 weeks’ worth of space to both charities in its collection of Wyndham and Ramada branded resorts in Europe, plus two IDLIQ resorts in Orlando, contributing to a total of 145 weeks donated to UK charities in 2025.
Kind Holidays offers free holiday accommodation at IDILIQ’s collection of resorts that blend the convenience of a self-catering apartment, townhouse or lodge with the luxuries and facilities for all the family.
Dreams and Wishes helps seriously ill children and their families build memories by granting lifelong wishes, whilst Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice supports and provides clinical care for families facing or living with the loss of a child. Other charity partners that IDILIQ supports include Give Us Time, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, and Carers Trust, among others.
The Kind Holidays initiative not only provides accommodation and support for families but also offers an insightful step-by-step guide on KindHolidays.com, with all materials needed for other hoteliers looking to open their doors to those in need around the world.
Grant Peires, director of Communications at IDILIQ, said: “We have a unique opportunity to help bring joy, treasured memories and respite to families going through unimaginable physical and/or emotional trauma. I urge all hoteliers to consider joining this incredibly impactful and meaningful initiative.
“From hotel porter to our founder, nothing like this has filled our team members with such pride and purpose. Being able to give back in such a personal way, has had the most profound effect on them and naturally improves staff performance, retention, and recruitment. The level of gratitude that is shown by these most special of families touches the core of our humanity.”
Designed to offer a “beacon of hope and much-needed respite” for those enduring life’s most challenging moments.
Since its inception in 2012, IDILIQ has donated holidays to over 2,000 of the most vulnerable people in society; including children with terminal illnesses and severe disabilities, bereaved families, carers and military families.
