Hospitality marketing expert Adam Hamadache has launched a new digital agency named Formula offering a tailored, results-driven service exclusively for hotels.
Hamadache is the founder and CEO of Formula and has years of experience boosting hotel brands’ digital presence and conversion rates. He started his career in marketing agencies, working with hotel clients, especially in publishing.
After gaining experience, he founded his own agency to focus on delivering results for these clients. A stint as a hotelier deepened his industry insight, and in 2013, he founded Formula (formerly DHM).
Formula said its work is built on three core ideas:
- Only senior expertise – Each team member has at least 10 years of experience, ensuring clients always work with seasoned professionals.
- Exclusive client focus – Formula limits its capacity to just 20 hotel clients at a time, guaranteeing “100% dedicated attention and strategic execution”.
- Proven formulas for success – With 12+ years of hospitality experience, the agency applies data-backed strategies to transform hotel brands into high-performing, highly visible businesses.
Hamadache said: “We’re not just another digital agency. We know the hospitality sector inside out. I’ve been a director of a hotel myself and over the last decade or more we’ve developed strategic formulas that help hotels dominate search rankings, drive direct bookings, and stand out in a crowded market.
“By working only with a select number of clients, we can deliver the kind of tailored, hands-on approach that’s simply not possible in larger agencies.”
To mark the launch Formula has also released its first Hotel Growth Benchmark Report – a resource offering hoteliers a “clear picture” of industry performance and a chance to compare their own metrics with benchmark data.
