Dolphin Bay Suites and Apartments, a collection of holiday apartments in Ardersier, Scotland, has been sold to an undisclosed hotel group from England for an asking price of £1.25m.
The detached property, which consists of one, two and three-bedroom holiday apartments, is located on the beachfront and offers coastal views from the Scottish Highlands.
Former owners Paul and Sally Weller have been credited with “tastefully” decorating the property during their 25-year tenure. The decision to sell comes due to retirement.
Simon Watson, business agent at Christie and Co, said: “We are delighted to get this deal done for both our client and the buyer.
“This sale demonstrates the high demand for quality businesses in Scotland, with Ardersier being closely located to Inverness, and the exciting new Port of Ardersier under development, bringing lots of new opportunities and customers.”
