The Waldorf Hilton, London has announced the appointment of Armand Postma as its new director of operations.
Having had a career in the hospitality industry spanning 22 years, Postma brings a “strong” background in luxury hotel management, operational excellence and guest experience enhancement.
Postma has held key positions at prestigious hotels across London. His expertise in strategic operations, team development, F&D and guest engagement has consistently driven “exceptional” results.
According to the hotel, his leadership will “further elevate the renowned service standards” at The Waldorf Hilton, London and ensure “continued excellence in guest satisfaction”.
