Hilton London Bankside has announced plans to add an additional 76 rooms to the property, with the expansion increasing the hotel’s total offering to 368 rooms upon completion in Q1 2026.
The new rooms will feature an elevated design concept and introduce upgraded room categories, including suites.
The hotel’s top floor will offer rooftop views through floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing Bankside and the surrounding London skyline.
Hilton London Bankside has engaged a design agency for the project who will “bring the vision to life, reflecting the hotel’s ethos of creativity, culture and connectivity”.
Aligned with Hilton’s Travel with Purpose strategy and in line with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, elements of the new rooms will feature eco-friendly and recycled materials.
Touch-free sensor lighting and integrated wireless charging will be installed in the rooms, while also featuring bespoke furniture and joinery.
Further information including room types and pricing will be unveiled in due course, with guests able to book the new rooms and suites later in 2025, ahead of an anticipated completion in the first quarter of 2026.
Nadeem Boghani, executive vice chairman of Splendid Hospitality Group, said: “This extension marks an exciting new chapter for both Hilton London Bankside and Splendid Hospitality Group.
“We are always striving to enhance the guest experience, and this project is a testament to that commitment. These new rooms will offer guests a fresh and elevated stay in the heart of London, while maintaining the unparalleled service and hospitality for which Hilton London Bankside is renowned.”
