Countrywide Hotels has officially announced the launch of its hotel asset management service, which marks a strategic move to formalise a service the company has already been successfully delivering behind the scenes for many years.
With a diverse portfolio including resorts, country estates, branded properties and underperforming hotels, Countrywide’s asset management service is designed to “support hotel stakeholders at every stage of the ownership journey” – from pre-acquisition due diligence to post-investment strategy.
Other services will also include operational benchmarking and oversight; financial planning and reporting; CAPEX feasibility and ROI modelling; procurement and commercial strategy reviews; team performance development; and transparent stakeholder communication.
Darren Patt, managing director at Countrywide Hotels, said: “We’ve been providing asset management informally for quite some time – supporting owners with strategic guidance, performance benchmarking, and return-on-investment planning.
“Now, we’re packaging this expertise into a formal service so that more owners can benefit from the insight and results we consistently deliver.”
He added: “We’ve helped owners exit early, turn around performance, and increase yields in difficult trading conditions. By launching this as a standalone service, we can help even more owners realise what’s possible with the right support.
