Village Hotels has renewed its partnership with AFC Bournemouth for a further year, extending the relationship into its 11th season.

The agreement will see Village Hotel Bournemouth continue to provide gym memberships and access to its facilities for the club’s women’s team, development squad and academy players.

The hotel, located a short drive from Vitality Stadium, offers a gym with the latest equipment, a heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room and spin studio.

As part of the partnership, Village Hotels will also be present on selected matchdays at Vitality Stadium, and continue its role as an official partner of The Net, the club’s business networking group.

Faye Goddard, director of sales at Village Hotels, said: “Having been partnered for over 10 years we are proud to maintain and develop our relationship and work alongside the development and women’s team in our leisure club here at the hotel.”

Rob Mitchell, commercial director at AFC Bournemouth, added: “Alongside our incredible Performance Centre, their facilities play an important supporting role in the development of our academy, women’s and development teams and it’s fantastic to see the partnership continue to grow both on and off the pitch.”
