Pride of Britain Hotels has named the Calcot and Spa hotel in the Cotswolds as its ‘Hotel of the Year’ for 2019.
It was commended on delivering “outstanding hospitality in all areas” including service, accommodation, housekeeping, food and overall luxury.
The property features 35 individually designed rooms and suites, located both within the main house and spread around a Cotswold stone courtyard, as well as an outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, fully-equipped gym and seven treatment rooms.
The hotel also schedules an array of “unique experiences” throughout the year, with upcoming events including a chocolate tasting and interactive talk on the “history of the sweet treat”.
