Revenues reached €120m (£103m) during the period up from €98m (84m) attributed in part to the “successful start-up phases” of newly opened hotels; including Cologne-Neumarkt, Munich-Messe, Frankfurt-Römer, Bonn-Beethoven and Leipzig-Post which all launched in Q4 2018.
It also saw EBITDA rise 33% to €32m (£27m) generated up from €24m (£20m) last year. RevPar also increase by 5% to €97 (£83).
The brand also maintained its “strong footing” in the European hospitality market with 71 hotels and 20,160 rooms currently in operation across the continent.
The company also revealed the completion of the Motel One Berlin hotel refurbishment marks the completion of the first of eight redesigns planned for 2019. The group also continues to “maintain a healthy development pipeline”, consisting of 27 hotels with 8,107 rooms. With the inclusion of this development pipeline, the brand will reach 98 hotels with 28,267 rooms.
