The Timeless Collection, part of LSG Holdings, has officially acquired the 28-acre hotel estate Stole Rochford Hall in Lincolnshire for an undisclosed sum.
The Grade I listed manor house was previously owned by Stoke Rochford Hall 1. Built in 1843 by architect William Burn, the property underwent restoration following a fire in 2005 to preserve its Jacobean-style features.
The site includes 110 en-suite bedrooms located across the main house, stables courtyard and a woodland lodge. Facilities include a conference centre for 300 delegates, a leisure club with a swimming pool and a Grade II-listed obelisk.
The sale represents a 999-year long-leasehold interest offered via an asset sale.
Patrick Leoni Sceti, director of the Timeless Collection, said: “We are pleased to acquire Stoke Rochford Hall. The combination of its historic character, extensive accommodation, and beautifully landscaped 28-acre estate offers an exceptional opportunity to reposition this incredible building. We look forward to preserving its rich heritage whilst exploring its full potential.”
Peter Brunt, director in the hotels agency team at Colliers, which advised on the sale, added: “Stoke Rochford Hall is a rare and significant property, combining historic charm with modern facilities. Its Grade I-listed manor house, ancillary buildings, and landscaped grounds provide a unique platform for a variety of uses, from luxury accommodation to events and corporate gatherings, and we continue to find that exceptional properties like this are selling well.”
