The Hotel Owner Conference has confirmed that Suzanne Speak, managing director UK&I for Radisson Hotel Group, will join the speaker line-up for the inaugural summit on 3rd November 2026.
Taking place at Prince Philip House, London, the conference will feature Speak as a key panellist, bringing nearly three decades of hospitality leadership to the stage. In her current role, Speak manages a portfolio of 44 hotels across the UK and Ireland – a figure set to increase to 48 by the end of the year.
Her extensive background encompasses hotel acquisitions, revenue strategy, and the management of large-scale venues, with a current focus on strengthening owner relationships and driving brand excellence across both managed and franchise operations.
“It is great to be joining the line-up of panellists for the first Hotel Owner Conference this year,” said Suzanne Speak. “At a time of growth for the industry and for Radisson Hotel Group in the UK & Ireland, I am looking forward to discussing best practice and how to work within the challenges facing hospitality with industry peers.”
The addition of Speak to the programme underscores the conference’s commitment to delivering high-level strategic insights for hotel owners and investors. Her expertise in balancing stakeholder delivery with rapid portfolio growth is expected to be a highlight of the day’s discussions.
“Securing a leader of Suzanne’s calibre is a significant addition to the conference programme,” said Michael Northcott, editor of Hotel Owner. “With her oversight of such an expansive and growing portfolio, Suzanne offers a unique perspective on the complexities of modern hotel management and owner relations. Her experience in scaling operations while maintaining brand standards will provide our delegates with the exact kind of practical, high-level insight this event is designed to deliver.”
The Hotel Owner Conference 2026 is curated to provide a platform for the UK’s most influential hospitality voices to address the sector’s shifting economic landscape.
