Murrayshall Country Estate is set to relaunch its restaurant Eòlas following a £1m investment in kitchen infrastructure.
The project marks the latest phase of a wider £30m development programme at the four-star Perthshire property.
The upgraded facilities are designed to support a renewed food and beverage strategy for the two-AA-rosette restaurant.
The investment aims to strengthen the position of the estate within the Scottish luxury hotel and destination dining market.
Set within 365 acres, the estate currently features boutique bedrooms, luxury self-catering pods and two parkland golf courses.
Two additional kitchens are also being developed as part of the broader investment plan, which includes future proposals for spa and leisure facilities.
To mark the reopening, the estate will host a launch event on 8 May 2026. The evening will include a four-course tasting menu focused on regional provenance and culinary technique.
Gary Silcock, general manager at Murrayshall Country Estate, said: “Eòlas has always been a very special part of the Murrayshall experience, and this investment allows us to take it to the next level. The relaunch is about more than a new kitchen; it is about reintroducing Eòlas with renewed ambition. The relaunch is showcasing the quality of our food, our service and our setting at the highest possible level.”
