The Première Classe Coventry North hotel and Campanile Hull hotel have been brought to the property market.
The two properties form part of a wider pan-European group of eight hotels, which have all been brought to market by European hotel operator, Louvre Hotels Group.
The 48-bedroom Première Classe Coventry North comprises a bar and conference rooms for 25 people. Upon completion of the required rebrand the hotel will operate under Louvre Hotels Group’s Kyriad Direct brand.
Joshua Sullivan, senior business agent at Christie and Co, who is handling the sale, said: “The hotel presents a unique opportunity for an established operator or first-time buyer with experience in the sector to acquire a fully serviced hotel operation with a value-add proposition.
“The Première Classe Coventry commands a strong position on the fringes of Coventry city centre, whilst being in close proximity to several major transport links including the M6 motorway via the A4600.”
The Campanile Hull comprises 48 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, plus a meeting/function room with a capacity for 25 seated guests, and will also operate as Kyriad Direct brand after the rebrand.
The hotel is available on a long-term lease with over 100 years remaining and subject to a sale and franchise back.
David Lee, regional director, north east, at Christie and Co, added: “The hotel occupies a very central position in Hull city centre. There is scope for a more hands on operator to drive occupancy and rate forward, in addition to develop the food and beverage aspect of the operation. There is ample parking at the hotel, a catering kitchen and dedicated restaurant area.”
