Gaind is responsible for all aspects of RBH’s IT infrastructure and leads the delivery of the group’s overarching IT strategy. His current strategic focus centers on ensuring the management portfolio remains at the cutting edge of technological advancement, driving robust tech integration that aligns operational efficiency with modern guest expectations.

Widely regarded as one of the hospitality industry’s leading IT professionals, Gaind brings over two decades of specialised expertise to the panel. Having joined RBH in  2000, he and his team provide comprehensive 24/7 hotel support alongside specialised project management for IT capital spend during new-build and rebranding phases – representing a unique, technical skillset within the third-party management sector.

Beyond his executive responsibilities at RBH, Gaind is a highly influential figure in global hospitality tech. He serves as a senior member of both IHG’s European and Global Committees for IT, where he plays a key role in steering the development of technology and infrastructure improvements across major international hotel brands.
