Hotel Earls Court brought to market for £4.5m

Hotel Earls Court on Warwick Road in London has been brought to the property market off a guide price of £4.5m.


The property is a 17-room well-established hotel comprising single, double, and triple room accommodation arranged over a lower ground and three upper floors.

On the lower ground floor is a residents’ lounge and a circa 22 cover breakfast room which extends out on to a conservatory. In 2016, the owners obtained planning permission to add a single-story extension onto the building.

For the last 40 years, the hotel has been operated by the same owner who has grown it into a “well-established, popular business” which sees high levels of occupancy throughout the year and welcomes tourists from all over the world.

The owner has decided to sell to pursue retirement and said: “Hotel Earls Court is run as a family business with a strong staff force that is extremely loyal. Through this, we have built great relationships with our guests that frequently visit us and with our local community.

“I have decided to retire and will be very sad to let it go. I look forward to welcoming the new owner and wish the very best the hotel can bring.”
