Conrad London St. James launches WFH hotel
Conrad London St. James has launched the Perfect Address, a set of new private offices that were originally hotel rooms, in central London.
With workspaces available from 26sqm, the Conrad Hotels and Resorts group’s new business endeavour has been made to ‘‘cater for and align with a new market of customer’’.
Situated near St. James Park, prices for the private office spaces start from £75 per hour or £150 a day and come complete with workplace essentials, including high-speed internet access, desk phones and Chromecast with a 42-inch satellite HDTV.
Each office has air conditioning, a small lounge area, an ensuite bathroom and a Nespresso machine.
Guests will also have access to food and drink discounts, laundry services and 25% off hotel room rates.
Each workspace will also receive ‘‘stringent cleaning’’ with Hilton CleanStay, the hotel group’s industry-leading programme of cleaning and disinfection of Hilton properties around the world.
The programme has been introduced to ensure the safety of Perfect Address guests during the Covid-19 pandemic, with new standards such as the Hilton CleanStay Room Seal indicating to guests that rooms have not been accessed since cleaned.
