The company said the 47-bed country house, with adjacent converted stable and coach house is an “exciting addition” for the fast-growing Scottish based hotel management company.
The hotel is “popular” for weddings and events, with Brownsover Hall having invested in a 350 person marquee situated in its 7 acres of grounds. The hotel is also said to be known for its food and beverage offering between the ornate restaurant, Vine Glass room, library and study.
Head of Brand and Marketing at 7H, Conner Harvey, said: “Brownsover Hall is a great addition to our hotel family, and we’re delighted to be added this destination venue to the mix. The owners have great plans for the hotel which we will be delighted to assist with and implement.”
Richard Ellison, MD added: “Our varied portfolio of hotels throughout the UK demonstrates our versatile approach to hotel management. Brownsover Hall is the third hotel in as many months we have picked up and our pipeline remains very strong for 2021.
“We are seeing opportunity through investors looking at alternative options for the management of their assets, our approach is wholly aligned with our owner’s objectives.”
