Former Aprirose CEO launches Four Corners Hospitality Group

The former CEO of real estate investment firm Aprirose, Tim Shearman, has launched a new hospitality group offering acquisitions, advisory, consultancy and asset management.

Shearman has over 30 years of hospitality experience, predominantly within the private equity and investment sectors.

He has also served as COO of London and Regional Properties and was responsible for the company’s global hotel portfolio, as well as vice president of asset management at Westmont Hospitality Group, one of the largest privately owned hotel portfolios in the world.

Shearman is also joined by Kym Kapadia who has been in the hotel business for over 25 years, with experience in various senior positions across the UK, European and global markets.

Some of these positions include IHG’s UK and Europe revenue director, Marriott’s UK revenue director, and Le Méridien’s Middle East, Africa and Asia revenue and distribution director.

She joined Aprirose Real Estate Investment in 2018 as CCO, and was responsible for strengthening and managing the company’s hotel business.

Commenting on the launch, they said: “This is an incredibly exciting and opportunistic time to offer hotel owners and investors the benefit of our global experience and knowledge to either improve the value of their investment or identify new areas of value creation.”
