Brockencote Hall hotel near Kidderminster has been named ‘Best Hotel’ for fourth successive year in the Visit Worcestershire Awards for Excellence 2015.

The award ceremony, which aims to showcase the very best of the region’s tourism sector and recognise the achievements of local businesses in the industry, was held on Thursday, October 15, at St Andrews House hotel.

The 21-bedroom hotel, in Chaddesley Corbett, is part of the Eden Hotel Collection, which was named the AA Small Hotel Group of the Year 2014 to 2015. The property also won a ‘Gold Award’ earlier this year at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2015, after being crowned ‘Small Hotel of the Year’.

Dean Gunston, general manager, said: “We’re so proud to be named Best Hotel for the fourth year in a row. Everyone here has worked very hard to ensure that the hotel continues to maintain its reputation as one of the finest luxury hotels and restaurants in Worcestershire and this award is well deserved.”

Guest speakers at the event included Penelope Lyttelton, chairman of VisitEngland who goes by the title Lady Cobham, Gary Woodman, executive director of Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and Stephen Badham from Creative England.
