The Arora-owned Renaissance London Heathrow hotel has reopened following an extensive £20m renovation.
The refurbishment including an upgrade of the exterior with new lighting and signage, reconfiguring the public areas to introduce a new ‘market garden’ restaurant, ‘bar eleven’ and lobby lounge.
The property’s meeting spaces were also revamped with 17 function room suites and five breakout rooms, along with the addition of 61 new bedrooms. The total bedroom count of the hotel now stands at 710 rooms and suites.
Vincent Madden, director of operations at Arora, said: “I am delighted to relaunch the…hotel after such an extensive and careful programme of renovation designed to put [it] firmly back on the map.
The hotel has served the airport area for over 40 years.
