Colliers International is offering for sale the Muckrach Lodge Hotel & Restaurant in Speyside.
The hotel, in Dulnain Bridge near Grantown, is a former Victorian Highland sporting lodge and has been in hotel use for over 50 years.
Colliers International are inviting Offers around £795,000 for the hotel, whose current owners Andy Picheta and Rebecca Ferrand have owned the property since 2007.
Set in over 9 acres of its own private grounds the property has 12 bedrooms/letting suites, lounge bar, dining room, lounge and conservatory restaurant.
A valuable feature of the property is the inclusion of a separate 3 bedroom house, for resident owners, as well as a separate two bedroom cottage for staff.
A Colliers director involved with the sale, Alistair Letham, said: “Muckrach Lodge Hotel is a well-established hotel business in this beautiful Highland area of Speyside.
“The inclusion of a spacious 3-bedroom house for owners is a significantly valuable asset and with its 9 acres there is scope for enterprising and enthusiastic purchasers to develop the property and business further”.
