Award-winning B&B, the Bedford Lodge, has been put up for sale by its owner.
The 13-room boutique hotel, which has been welcoming guests for 120 years, is being introduced to the market by property specialist Fleurets and marketed off a guide price of £640,000.
Owner Karena Barton, who has owned the property for a decade, is giving it up due to a birth in the family.
Nick Earee, divisional director of Fleurets, said: “During her 10 year occupation, Karena has undertaken continuous refurbishment projects, escalating the property from its original three stars, to four star silver.
“The business boasts four stars from Visit England as well as a 2014 Visit England Award.
“Furthermore, Bedford Lodge has also been presented with a hospitality award from the IOW Chamber of Commerce and was highly commended in the Tourism South East Awards.”
