Uplawmoor Hotel owners to sell after 25 years

The owners of the Uplawmoor Hotel in East Renfrewshire are looking to sell the property after 25 years as they go into retirement.

The hotel has been put up for sale through business property advisor, Christie and Co. The freehold of the hotel is available for £750,000.

The property has 14 rooms as well as a cocktail bar and beer garden.
