Signature Living announces profits of £5.6m

Liverpool-based hotel group Signature Living has announced it has made £5.6m in pre-tax profit in the year to 1 April 2016.

The group has described this as its “best year yet” as profits trebled compared to the previous year.

The group owns four hotels in the Liverpool area, including The Shankly and Titanic-themed 30 James Street. Signature Living has also recently expanded into Cardiff, Belfast and Preston.

Lawrence Kenwright, chairman, said: “This is a phenomenal set of results, with all of our hotels, restaurants and bars making a strong contribution.
